I have rigged it up to play effects through the sound hole of my acoustic and it's sounds really nice. I recommend this for electric and acoustic, though I haven't tried it on bass, I am keen to. Being able to connect via my phone and edit effects is awesome! The only thing that would have been nice is getting a USB-C cable supplied with it, but a few bucks and I got one of those.
