I had an issue with an item I had ordered through no fault of their own. I neglected to read through the entire description, and that was on me. When I contacted the seller, they were more thanaccommodating. I have received a partial refund which is not adequate so now awaiting response from supplier

So he asked what I wanted to do. I asked for a refund, and the money was back in my account within the hour. Accidents are always going to happen. Really impressed with how fast and efficient they handled theirs. I didn't wind up buying from them, but I definitely would in the future.
