I called them to verify it wasn't purchased using a stolen credit card and they said they would look into it, but honestly I think they don't care and dropped the case. If they don't care, I don't care. All I know is I got some sweet deck boxes in great condition and even though they were cheaper with Amazon Prim (which I don't have) his inflated prices were still cheaper than everything else on ebay.
