    All Clad = Professional Grade

    All Clad is the Professional Grade Chef cookware. It is not for everyone because it is expensive. It is made in USA. with very few exceptions. All Clad comes in several metallury versions which differ in cooking characteristics. You need to carefully pick the type of cookware for your cooking style. There are differences in handles as well which need to selected in the same way. All Clad is the best cookware you will ever use.

    Perfect size for everyday.

    I love the size of the pan it is great for everyday, 1, or 2 chickens without having to drag out my large pan. Its great too for ban marie purposes for a smaller group. Being all Clad it is quality all the way.

    Perfect for a smaller oven. 17 7/8 wide and 18 inches deep. Nancy Grimaldi

    It fits my small oven. Which the first one I bought did not. I couldn't close the door. so be careful about the measurement. MY oven is 17 7/8 wide, an 18 inches deep, I'm pretty sure an 18 lb turkey will fit Nancy Grimaldi

    This is an exceptionally well made roasting pan for wood fired ovens. The dimensions and handles seem perfect for getting it into and out of the oven. The rack sits up just enough for steaming or draining while cooking. By far the best pan I have found for wood fired oven cooking !
