Delivery speed was quite fast and well packaged especially considering it was free shipping. Reason I gave a 3 for seller communication is that the frames were missing 2 out of 4 bolts and one of the boots had cardboard to replace the mounting taps. Those things should have been mentioned in the description since they directly affect the function and safety of the skates.
