The sim card on my existing At&t Netcomm Wireless Router Modem IFWA-40 LTE Wi-Fi Hotspot worked within a minute of putting in the sim card and plugging the unit into the wall. At this point I noticed the back-up battery light was not working. I let the battery charge for the recommended amount of time and it still did not charge or register as charging on my device.
