    I ordered a lock for an electrical box. However when it arrived it wasn't the one I ordered. Contacted seller and was told they didn't have the one I bought in stock, so sent this one. Was told I could have a 40% refund. Said that the lock was no good to me and wanted a full refund. Was then told I could have 50% refund. This is totally unacceptable and should have been able to get a full refund. I will never use this seller again.
