        Item didn't arrive. Seller provided me with a tracking number but as Royal Mail had not attempted to deliver, there was no update on the tracking, which suggested they'd used a cheaper service than I paid for. I contacted the seller to let them know it hadn't arrived after a few weeks and requested a refund but they never got back to me.
