- 9***0 (280)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI ordered a NIP duvet at a premium price. I received the item with sticky packaging and a stain on the zip. The duvet is stained under the zipper. The duvet is VERY wrinkled. Not at all as Shabby Chic would package their linens. Seller responded by accusing me of scamming her. I only wanted to return so I could purchase a different duvet. Seller insists I want something for free. I do not. There’s no reason to assume buyers are scamming you if all they request is to return an item not as listedReply from: kitschy_kitschy_coo- Feedback replied by seller kitschy_kitschy_coo.- Feedback replied by seller kitschy_kitschy_coo.Buyer admitted in Ebay convo to purchasing two of the same item (mine and another) and the other one which she purchased for much less had a stain and was not perfect, but she was keeping it and returning mine (which had no issues at all-the sticky on the outside of the package was the residue from the price stickers). This is a classic bait and switch. She keeps the one in mint condition and sends me back the stained one and gets the higher refund.

The US postal prices can be terribly high, especially the longer you live away from the seller. I am sorry USPS charges so much, but not much I can do about it. Also the package weighed 1 pound 6 ounces, not 8 ounces as you state.
