The duvet is stained under the zipper. The duvet is VERY wrinkled. Not at all as Shabby Chic would package their linens. Seller responded by accusing me of scamming her. I only wanted to return so I could purchase a different duvet. Seller insists I want something for free. I do not. This is a classic bait and switch. She keeps the one in mint condition and sends me back the stained one and gets the higher refund.
