The response was that the taillight was sold in 2 parts. It did not say so in the ad and the picture showed the complete taillight. There was no way for me to assume that I was not going to receive a complete taillight. In the succeeding correspondence I asked for a compromise, I would pay the $30 postage and would get the second part of the light free. The seller insisted on a second payment. I feel ripped off.
