    Great way to start the day.....

    I have used a lot of mediation books for daily readings and this one, by far, it the best. I is informative and a guide to work on a single shortcoming in your life on a daily basis. It helped me grow spiritually more than ever. Although orientated towards recover, any man could use this book and benefit from it.
