    One of Best Books Ever...

    This book is without a doubt one of the best available on food and spice dehydrating. Well illustrated and easy to follow instructions. You would have to look long and hard to find better. The author has written this book in such a way. that even the newest dehydrator can become and expert. As Spring and Summer are just around the corner, I'm looking forward to saving some of Natures Harvest for uses during those out of season months. Book has several excellent suggestions for different kinds of dehydrating. From meats to vegetables and fruits.

    A complete reference book for the beginner like me. Great color photos, and charts with drying times. I really appreciated the information on different ways to prevent apples and pears from going brown. They included good and bad points for each method.
