    Great Down Home in Louisiana Cookbook.

    Over 1000 recipes. Great book for real recipes from real cooks! Bought one at a garage sale and then had to go find 3 more for my sisters. Lots of excellent Cajun and Creole recipes as well as traditional family favorites. I have convinced several friends and family that this cookbook is worth owning.
