- a***7 (3)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe machine was shipped quickly and came looking clean and well packaged, however it did not work at first and was clogged with minerals in which I had to buy a descaling solution for in to run correctly. The problem is that the seller never specified this issue. Regardless, it now works good and the seller did a good job preparing and shipping it. Now that it works, it is pretty good value, but it would have been better if I was aware of the issue beforehand.

Unfortunately it arrived damaged. However, the business refunded me fully, and didn’t require me to send it back. (I provided pictures of the damage.) This saved me repackaging and the hassle of taking it back to FedEx. I’m still on the hunt for the part I need, but they are pleasant to work with.
