    Not worth the purchase

    I recently bought this laptop to gift my Fiancé for Christmas. The laptop from the start wouldn’t turn on correctly even when plugged in for hours. When it did turn on, it took forever to log into it. You couldn’t exit whatever platform was running before you logged out. I tried putting laptop fans underneath just incase it was getting to hot but that didn’t even help. Don’t buy any refurbished laptops because you never know what to expect
