  • Excellent computer overall, but needs a back panel key to open case.

It's terrific but seems to be missing a key to unlock the rear panel (upper right-hand corner of back. At some point in the not too distant future I'd like to expand the RAM. Or maybe I'm missing something? Some trick about opening the case I haven't figured out yet? Also, it is not immaculate. The bottom of the front black faceplate is scuffed a bit as if someone splashed something on it that dried and needed a scrubbing to remove. This was not apparent in the photos, so either the photos were of a different machine or else the lighting was skillfully handled. To be honest, the scuffs don't show at a casual glance, so I'm not too upset, but they are there. The most irritating thing is the lack of a key for the back of the case. In due course, I'll take it in to have the matter solved by a technician, but if the previous owner would be so kind as to mail me the key I'll be grateful.
