FedEx literally tossed this item in the middle of our road with the oil and mud and it was run over yet Fedex marked it delivered and went on the merry way. Apparently FedEx thinks its ok to toss packages in the middle of the road and mark it delivered.

What I received was a section of cardboard with my packing slip that showed my purchase, but no boxes. I called FedEx to investigate and their communication was poor and little help. I messaged Grainger and they responded within 5 minutes indicating they will reship another stack of 15 boxes and I'd received them next day. I was thankful and pleased with Grainger's excellent customer service!

    Great little brush!

    I have used these little gems for years! They're my favorite. I have small hands so they fit my hands nicely with the shorter handle. My hands don't cramp up so badly using them instead of the longer handled ones. The angle is great for getting into corners and cutting in. They are durable enough to get a couple uses out of them, yet reasonable enough to dispose of them if you are not fond of washing your brushes, especially if you buy them by the dozen like I like to. A tip is that I use a brand new one for cutting in a room, but then after I've used the brush a couple times and it's not as "sharp" I relegate that one to use for primer in another area where precision isn't as necessary.

    Everything is Awesome!!!

    These are life changing brushes, especially if you have carpal tunnel or arthritis and thy are more precise and can maneuver in any tight space. They also are very easy to clean. Revolution in pain brush design in my book. Love them and this is all I will use now for my edging. Thanks!!!
