The packaging and the box were tattered and ripped, coming apart, taped up, but fully abused. The Ninja itself has dents on at least 3 sides. Only 1 dent was shown in the pictures. I'm missing the sheet pan. That was hard to tell from the picture. Perhaps you could have added that to the description. I am all sorts of disappointed. I haven't heard back on my original contact with the seller, so I'm leaving feedback.
