    Exactly what the doctor ordered. Great deal.

    It was almost fully charged when I received it and I then placed it on the charger until it was charged. It did not take long. I have used it in short bursts and perhaps for a total of 45 minutes thus far and it is still running. To me it is a good purchase.

    Manufacturing / assembly fault prevented electrical contact.

    Manufacturing or assembly fault: The square button on the step did not protrude far enough through the plastic case to make contact with my device to complete the power circuit on my charger and power device. This was fixed / adjusted by inserting a small square of folded aluminium foil on the square button to ensure contact was made. After that my device charged and worked perfectly as the battery provided adequate power.

    Battery fitted and powered my trimmer.

    The product was exactly what I was looking for. I charged the battery and it powers my tree trimmer as expected. I haven’t used the trimmer in anger yet so I don’t know how long the battery will last. The delivery process went smoothly.
