At 148 items sold, a big red flag to treat an excellent customer this way! Don’t waste your time! Look elsewhere. I’ll get the same item from another, reputable, seller!! This buyer sent us a message when the item had not arrived within a reasonable amount of time and I looked at the tracking information and there was no movement for 8 days so I did the right thing and refunded the buyer. I'm not sure why they're upset about us not informing them before issuing a refund but it seems to be what they're most upset about. This is a very odd response from a buyer for us doing the right thing..
