Upon receiving it, I found it missing the GPU die and VRAM - these are the most important parts and the only reason it's worth anything. Its a common scam tactic to hide this detail. When I asked for a refund they accepted it, and I returned it to them. Once they received the return though, they opened the case back up claiming they didn't agree to a refund. Luckily, Ebay came through for me.
