However both the chair arms had damage to the paintwork consisting of scratches and a dent, although the arms were "bubble wrapped " so this must have occurred prior to packaging and before they were dispatched from the manufacturer to MegaStore . MegaStore have responded extremely quicky to my concerns and I cannot complain re the service...in the end to avoid returning the items I decided to accept a discount on the chairs. So many thanks .
