Awesome Phone
I had a base unit already, plus an extra handset. I wanted to add a few more phones around the house so I purchased three of these. The set-up was a breeze, it only takes about 10 seconds to sync the new phone with my existing base. One of the best things about this Panasonic phone is that it does not use a special proprietary battery pack. It takes just two regular Ni-Hh batteries, which were included. When the batteries in one of my older phones would no longer hold a charge I simply replaced them with new Ni-Mh rechargeable batteries.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Panasonic quality at a great price!
When one of our traditional hard-wired phones died, I figured adding another wireless unit to the base unit was the best way to go. Trying to get information from Panasonic as to what current units would work with this older model was a joke. Finding this one was great, especially since my wife preferred the white version over the standard carbon-black. Once I bought and charged new batteries (the ones that came with the phone wouldn't recharge), the phone paired easily and functions flawlessly.
