The second was actually new, however it was not the Plus version but the smaller version. I sent it back and the seller tried to refund only half of my money claiming damage to phone, however eBay immediately refunded the full price. This seller is legit, sent Brand NEW phone shrink-wrapped in seal Samsung box. Also sent Samsung fast charger and earbuds. 10 STARS
