    Awesomeness!

    These bulbs are insanely bright. Excellent throw, excellent spread. The light is slightly yellowish, and I didn't think that I would like that. But I find its easier to see with warmer light than the coated junk bulbs that try and recreate the look of HID bulbs. These are uncoated so that all of the potential lumens actually make it on the road and not absorbed by fancy blue coatings on other bulbs.

    Very Disappointed!

    I have always been a fan of Phillips bulbs so, I got these to replace the stock bulbs that came with the new headlight assemblies I installed. I was very disappointed with these new bulbs! I guess Phillips quality has declined since the last set of bulbs I bought. Phillips claims “100% more light” but that’s not even close to being true! I would say, slightly more light but not nearly enough difference to justify the price!

    Unextreme brightness

    These headlights are no brighter than lot of standard lights. Actually Napa standard lights are brighter, and cheaper. I have never had to dim these lights, and have never been flashed by oncoming traffic. Save your time and money!

    Not the brightest bulb in the pack

    While this bulb is noticeably better than the stock 15 year old headlight bulbs, they are not what I was expecting. The package says "up to 100% further down road". I'd say maybe, 10%-15%? Maximum. Not any whiter than the original bulbs at all. Not even compared side by side. Not a bad bulb, just not any better than standard oem.

    Much brighter!

    The headlights were for one of my son's friends, he wears contacts and has below normal vision, including night vision. We live in a rural area with no street lights and the deer wander at will, he can now see them!
