Immediate payment and fast/same day order processing. Next day hand-off to USPS for fast two-day handle/ship/delivery cycle time. CD item shipped in a lightweight paper bubble mailer. The booklet/inlay/CD condition were as described or “Very Good.” The top upper right corner of the jewel case front cover had a crack and was split away from the side seam. All but two teeth were broken off the CD tray’s spindle, so the CD was loose and its play surface sliding around on the broken teeth edges.

I am surprised the CD holder teeth were broken off. This CD was in excellent condition as the pictures showed. You could have contacted me with pictures if this was the case. I do my best to rate and post clear pictures.

I specifically stated the CD condition was as described or "Very Good" when I received it. However, the broken jewel case and spindle teeth didn't match the item condition rating, and may have been damaged during USPS handling and shipping because the item was simply shipped in a lightweight paper bubble mailer, which likely didn't fully protect the item. Why not use more protective shipping materials to ensure that the item condition, as stated in the listing, is fully protected/maintained?
