Very nice microphone- Good ...... not Great.
As a professional singer I have used several different dynamic microphones in live performances. Shure SM58 and Beta58, Audix OM5, Sennheiser e935 and e835, and now Heil PR20. For my voice texture and range, my go to microphone is the Senneiser e935. After using this Heil PR20, the Senn remains as my go to microphone. I am now using the Heil as my backup however; whereas the Audix was my backup in the past. This is a very nice microphone, it just doesn’t cut through the mix quite as well as the Sennheiser e935 for my voice.
