In the meantime, not answering any questions, complete silence. Now, they canceled this order citing a family emergency and that they are unable to ship it. In the meantime they have almost 500 items for sale and they aren’t suspending their eBay account temporarily to deal with that emergency. Other customers will be dealing with the same issues I dealt. Avoid!
