    ventile am verkauften kopf waren undicht - nach einsendung eines videos hiess es das wäre so ok und man könnte das so verbauen - und die köpfe würden vor versand vakuum gecheckt - es wurde angeboten den koof zur prüfung nochmals einzusenden - eine protokollierung der vakuumwerte gibt es nicht ….. letzte antwort war dann das es ja gem angebot kein vollständig bearbeiteter koof sei ….. ( wurde mit ventilen geliefert ) letzlich muss der ventilsitz nochmal bearbeitet werden - keine emofehlung

    Es wurde mehrfach die Überprüfung (und ggf. kostenfreie Nacharbeitung) angeboten. Herr W. wollte aber nur eine Kostenerstattung bzw. Preisreduzierung vom Zylinderkopf. Solche Forderungen sind in meinen Augen schon mal sehr unseriös und in vielen Fällen daher auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Sein Argument war, das es sonst zu lange dauern würde. Der Zylinderkopf liegt aber schon drei Wochen bei Ihm rum. Kunde gesperrt !
