Listing clearly states that the item is shipped "Economy Shipping (USPS Media Mail)". We sold 43pc of this item prior to this buyers purchase using the same method as he was charged. There is no reason for there to be an additional shipping cost. As for refunding the funds we have to wait for the item to be returned as per eBay's terms. Our previous feedback shows we go above and beyond to make sure all purchases are shipped as listed on the listing w/ the upmost care. Ebay's feedback is 1 sided
