I am so glad I found "Skinny Taste." The site is the best and her cookbook is all that and more. I haven't found a recipe I don't like. They are easy to prepare and cook. The ingredients are easily found at your grocery store and in most cases budget friendly. All the nutritional info is provided for each recipe along with the WW smart points. You can't go wrong!!!!

The recipes look delicious BUT the portions your allowed to eat are too small. Do all this scratch cooking them eat a cup of it doesn’t work for me. Pretty cook books and delicious recipes.
