This is negative feedback for the product, not the seller. Refund processed quickly, no complaints. However the gig bag... photo shows a mandocaster snugly in the bag. I have a mandocaster... the bag is NOT like the photo, its huge, way too big! Mandilin just slides and rattles around in there. Would easily fit a mandola or similar in it. If you think you've found the perfect bag for an electric mandolin, sorry you haven't. Really disappointed.
