Replaced item was unboxed and sent in the old packaging, seller tried to say the item is manufactured without a box which is untrue, I will never purchase from this seller again.

Converter was perfectly new. You complained about the first one you received, we paid return freight for you and sent a replacement which was not good enough for you either. The box is irrelevant to the converter and these budget B&M units come in a variety of boxes. As you trashed the box of the first one we sent the replacement in the same box. I am sure you would have found something else to not be happy with. Yes you are no longer able to purchase form us.
