It is great for running. It has the option to run in doors as well as outdoors. If you have a routine that requires you to jog in one place, it still tracks the miles being done as well as biking. It's easy to use. You can call your phone from it too, but you can't answer your phone from it; at least I don't think so. I am still learning it. It holds a charge for up to 3 days! It tells you to move if you are still too long. I love this watch.

The best running watch I've ever had. Gets a GPS fix within seconds every time. Built in heart-rate monitor is neat and combined with Garmin's software provides loads of interesting data. The smart watch features are a nice addition.

Loving my garmin forerunner 235! I use my watch for all of my runs, great for tracking: gps, pace, distance, heart rate, and overall health/racing stats. So far so good, gps is accurate as well as the pace tracking. The only issue I have with the garmin is that it has been unable to accurately track my pace during my treadmill workouts. I can't seem to sync the pace, time, distance that I am running on the treadmill to the garmin itself--it is slower. Other than that, everything else is spot on.

I have been an Apple Watch person from since they came out. The Garmin had the most amazing apps that track your distance, speed, and heart rate. I paddle outrigger canoe, paddle boards, and DragonBoat and this is the best watch I have found for collecting all the data I want.
