Ordered item as pictured, with a Spring Ring Attachment. Received item with just a necklace type attachment, where i will have to have a jeweler attach it. Very disappointed with this seller overall. Had to prompt him, after he had not shipped item after 5 days. Now i am out additional expense getting the thing attached to my charm bracelet.
