    Overall happy but wish it was better

    This mattress does what I would call micro adjustments. Other mattresses that I have been on you could feel major changes in which tubes were filled with air. This mattress does little changes that the only reason why I know it's changing is I can hear the crinkle of the tube as they inflate or deflate. And you have to be still and it has to be quiet to hear the changes. My other complaint with the mattress is the cover tends to move with me when I try to pull myself higher into the bed. I'm 6' tall and it seems that I work myself down the bed to where my feet are touching the foot board. When I pull myself up, the cover moves with me. So when I let go it pulls me back down. I don't use a sheet with this mattress, which is what you are supposed to do if you need the low air loss function ...

    Nice mattress unusable due to control, pump, and alarm operational noises

    Mattress is comfortable. BUT, described as "whisper quiet" and gentle "white noise" found it to be anything but...pump cycles every 5 to 7 minutes and runs between 45 and 90 seconds. Read and reread the manual, tried various adjustments, no change in outcome. Out of the blue every once in while the alarm would go off for no discernible reason. How anyone can sleep thru these kinds of incessant noise I will never know. In short, while the mattress is physically comfortable would never recommend anyone to buy this expecting to be able to sleep through the operational noises it makes.
