We attempted to reach the customer, but the provided phone number and address appear to be linked to a forwarding company. The item was initially sent to this forwarder, who then dispatched it to the customer outside of the country for a second delivery. We are currently making efforts to communicate with the customer to resolve any potential problems, and it is unclear whether their forwarding company repackaged the item during transit.
