Ordered two batteries, both are functional, but the labels were damaged and one battery casing had multiple dents in it, pretty much looked like these had been bouncing around in the bottom of a storage bin for a long time before being put in plastic bags and sold as "new open box"... Bottom line though is the batteries work and seem to be holding a charge better than my old batteries did, Thanks!
