Due to COVID, there was a temporary border issue with this order over which we had no control. We sent the item again to try to rectify the issue and then provided a refund as you were worried you wouldn't receive that one either. This has been a particularly difficult time for postage, so we are very sorry your order was affected. Confusing description saying ankle chains but further down that it fits a wrist! It was tiny on arrival. Pointed it out to seller who responded apologetically immediately & said she would correct the description. Have now returned for a refund, shame as it was very pretty.
