There was a little bit of imperfection at the top of the needles (just a slight crook at the tips) but I hit em with some 500 grit sandpaper action and got them trued up close enough. Now my 239 Y-Block is idling locked in at 30+ degrees advanced with great throttle response for an ancient 2 barrel!
