Very fast postage, & very strong Velcro straps. The only thing I dislike is that it's a bit too bulky & lifts my shoulder a little when I try to get into a comfortable position to sleep, which is uncomfortable & can get sore if I don't move around or put my arm in a different spot. I also wake up with a bit of a ache in my wrist which I wasn't getting when I wore my old strap.
