OK, the postage time was super fast. The item appears to be of good quality, though I haven't used it yet. Unfortunately the seller's product description fails to mention that the according to the included manual, the unit's maximum operating time is 1 hour. This means that slow cooking and simmering is not possible. For me, the unit is therefore unusable with this condition. It's incumbent upon the seller to make sure that buyers are fully aware of all pros and cons, not just the pros.
