I love Earvana nuts, as they are installed on nearly every one of my guitars. Importantly, I've done tone tests (hold above surface, drop on surface, listen for tone produced) with Earvana nuts in comparison to other brands, and the Earvana wins every time....hands down. And, as well, the compensation is immediately audible. There's a fluidity to note and chord playing that is felt instantly. Other than bone, I'll using nothing else.
