Seller did try to help by offering some compensation at first but I finally got a refund. Product comes with no enclosed written instructions, some things missing and some things that seem to have no purpose. Compete waste of money and missing parts make it unsafe to put ants in. As mentioned sellers did try to help but with help they wanted positive feedback which would be a lie which I just won't do. I won't lie for sellers to get refund, go to PayPal first buyers. Beware
