Provides stunning images!
It takes a little time to get it set up on a particular system. Unless a macro lens is being used, the optional 72mm extension tubes that fit between Soratama and camera lens are a must. Otherwise, the Soratama is too close to the front of the lens and the glass sphere can't be brought into focus. First set up was Pentax K-1, 37-70 zoom, 72mm Soratama extension plus an extension tube between camera body and lens. This gives a perfectly sized glass sphere that is in focus. Second set up was a Pentax Q with #02 standard kit zoom and Soratama 72 extension. A closeup lens was used between the lens and Soratama. This also worked well. The Soratama allows photographers to take very creative images that really grab a viewer's attention. Highly recommended.It takes a little time to get it set up on a particular system. Don't buy !! the crystal ball is to close to the lens, and it is imposible to focus
I am unable to focus on the Cristal ball in any of my lenses. I even bought the extension tubes but this inst far enough from the lens. To make the story short - it us usless
