Well it arrived broken both the cage and the fascia contacted seller who offered me £5 back and said it should still work which is a joke, came trying to install it and the cage completely fell to bits avoid at all cost not worth a rub

We offered a full refund if the product was returned, the customer has not wanted to return the product and looking at the damage it looked like the product should still work as intended. We offered the £5 refund (Product is £29.99) as a good will gesture if the customer did not want to return it for a refund. Customer has still refused a return and demanded more money, which we could not offer without the product being returned.
