I can't fault the service in any way but unfortunately the steps aren't really suitable for a 30k+ dog. There are 2 separate steps that sit one on the other. Unfortunately though, they're not solid enough. So when my dog steps on the bottom step, the top one moves. They're much more suited for a smaller dog. One step helps my dog get up onto the couch but he still can't get on the bed, which is the reason I specifically bought them. Again, the service was excellent and can't be faulted in any wa
