    I bought diferent cooking books to try to loose weight and of course they helped but this one I cannot put it down. I've lost so far 12 pounds and counting in 4 weeks. Now, I've always have had problems with loosing weight but maybe you can loose more in less time.The recipes are super delicious very easy to prepare and they really don't make you spend that much money because of the amount of food you end up preparing you practically end up with leftover for another night. So do I recommend this book? A million times YES!
