    3 full working days after purchasing, I was told that the item wasn’t available. No matter how big you are as a company, how you can have something listed on here and not have it in hand (unless mentioned in the description) is beyond me. Then had to wait a further 2 days for the refund with possibly the most half soaked apology you could possibly give. Seller takes a long time to reply, do yourself a favour & AVOID THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!

    Received the wrong half metre of material - got cotton instead of linen. They offered me 20% off if I kept it, I declined and sent it back. On the odd occasion I have received low value wrong items the seller has not bothered to have it returned and sent the correct item straight away as it was their error. They only answered my messages once a day so it took several days to resolve. I then ordered from another supplier who has sent the correct material.
